Just Because

So life was pretty crazy this summer with Angela and her kids here. We spent a lot of time together as a family and it was fun. So in the first piture we have my kids and Brecken and Trintin. Then we have Emily with Brinlyn. Macazlyn took these pictures of Dick (my father-in-law) and I thought they were pretty funny. Dick got new dog houses and the girls were helping set them up. Brinlyn thought it was fun to be the doggie! Next, we have Drake and Alana at Casa Bonita playing in the train. Drake LOVES trains these days. Then there's Ben (aka Uncle Bean) with the kids. He thought it would be funny to buy black gummy worms that turn your mouth black and give them to the kids.

Fairies at The Festival

We went to the Renaissance Festival a couple of week ago and the girls had a great
time. These fairies are all over the place and the girls have their eyes peeled for them. They love looking for them and when they find the fairies they have a special treasure and
a story for them. They just love it. The other girl with them is Angela's daughter Brecken. In the 3rd picture the girls are with their cousins Elantra and Daytona. My sister-in-law Shereine made their outfits. Cute huh.

Ahhh, some of my beautiful family. My mom, Alana, Vanessa, and Angela.

So there is a place in Rapid City call Dinosaur Park. It was fun to see the GIANT dinosaurs and the kids had fun playing.

These pictures are at Storybook Island in SD. The kids LOVED it. I went there as a child and it is a must see if you go to Rapid City and have kids!!

Ok, so here are some South Dakota pictures. Tom always thinks that it is so funny all the Wall Drug signs on the way to SD but there arn't very many for Mt. Rushmore. So we saw this one and had to go back and get a picture. The other pictures are at Mt. Rushmore by the state pillars. We have The Colorado Born and The South Dakota Born. That is my Aunt Bonita and my Unle Wally. My mom's sister and her husband.

Flower Days

I just wanted to post these pictures. I love all the fun flowers and of course my kids. I am hoping when school starts I will have more time to get on here and update more often. This summer has been crazy busy and I am hoping it will slow down a little when school starts. I can't believe that the summer is almost over. I am not ready for that. I want more time with the kids and I will miss them when they go to school. I don't get much time with Hunter during the school year because he gets off the bus around 4:15pm, then homework, a little play, dinner and then bed at 7:30pm. Now it will be that way with Macazlyn too. I chose not to put Brinlyn in preschool this year for that reason. I wanted one more year with her and I can work with her at home. I will try to get more pictures on later. You know how I LOVE pictures. I am thinking about taking a photography class to learn a little more about taking pitures. I really enjoy it and what better subjects to take pictures of than my kids.
